Open the collaboration in the app and message the other side, or email us with the campaign’s name and we’ll look into it.
Payments and payouts
Brands pay and creators are paid through Stripe. If a payment or payout looks wrong, email us with the collaboration and the date, and never send card or bank numbers.
Connecting Instagram
You need an Instagram Creator or Business account. If connecting fails, try again from your profile in the app; if it keeps failing, email us what you see.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time. See how deletion works.
