Deleting Your Tandiim Data
Delete your account in the app
- Open Tandiim and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion removes your contact details and personal profile immediately. Records of completed paid collaborations are retained in anonymized form as required for financial compliance (tax and payment regulations). Accounts with an active subscription, funds held with Payment Protection, or an open dispute must resolve those first.
Connected Instagram
Deleting your account (or disconnecting Instagram in Settings → Connected Accounts) disconnects it at Phyllo, the provider Tandiim reads Instagram through, stops all collection, and deletes the profile, audience and post data Tandiim synced. The results of posts you made for campaigns stay with those collaborations' records. You can also revoke access from Instagram at any time (Settings → Apps and websites).
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@tandiim.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.
