1. The Service
Tandiim is an invite-only marketplace connecting brands with social media creators for flat-rate sponsored content. Tandiim facilitates discovery, communication, content rendering, Payment Protection (brand payments held through Stripe until the work is done), and post verification between brands and creators. Tandiim is not a party to the collaboration itself and does not employ creators.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Creators join by invitation only; your tier and flat-rate payout are assigned by Tandiim when your invite code is issued and may be adjusted through vetting. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for activity under your account.
3. Campaigns & Payments
Brands fund the creator's full compensation plus a tier-based Tandiim marketplace fee (4-15%, at least $10 per collaboration, includes standard payment processing) when accepting a creator — Payment Protection holds the funds until completion. Creators always receive 100% of their displayed compensation; Tandiim charges creators no commission or payout fees. Payouts release after approved delivery and verified posting windows (long windows release 80% at verified-live and 20% after the window). Brand subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; campaign limits and fee rates depend on your plan. All payments are processed by Stripe — Tandiim never stores card or bank details.
4. Content & Conduct
Creators must clearly disclose sponsored content (#ad) as required by law and platform rules. You may not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harassing. Rendered ads remain licensed to the brand for the agreed campaign; creator footage remains the creator's. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts where these terms are violated.
5. Reporting & Enforcement
Use the in-app report tools to flag content or behavior. We review reports within 24 hours and may warn, restrict, or remove accounts. Blocking a user hides their conversations and campaigns from you.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is". Tandiim does not guarantee campaign outcomes, creator performance, or brand payment beyond funds actually held with Payment Protection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandiim's liability is limited to fees paid to Tandiim in the twelve months before the claim.
